General Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer:

  • Always do a 24 hour allergy testing before using regularly.  
  • Not recommended if you have sensitive skin.
  • Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
  • Keep out of reach of children and babies.
  • If it gets in your eyes rinse with tap water.
  • Do not use on broken and irritated skin.
  • If skin irritation occurs discontinue use.

All BCP Stalder Laboratories, Inc., products have been approved by the Philippine regulatory board and are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.   If you have a medical condition or skin disease, consult your GP or dermatologist prior to using the products.

Payment:

  • Paypal is by far our preferred payment method.  
  • If you need to pay by cheque, please allow 5 working days for cheque clearance, goods will then be dispatched.  It is quicker to send postal orders.
  • All international orders must be paid by Paypal only.   Payment must be from a registered and verified credit card address, we will only deliver to this address, otherwise we will refund the order.
  • Please include item description and address with any payments sent in the post.

VAT:

  • We are not VAT registered so no VAT will be charged to you.  

Returns / Exchange of goods:

  • We do accept returns within 14 days.  The item must be unused, undamaged, clean, with all the original packaging complete and intact.   Some items may not be returned for Health and Safety reasons - any item with a hygiene seal, items for personal use can not be returned once opened.  Return cost must be borne by the buyer.  We strongly suggest that  you use an insured and signed for service to return any items as we will be unable to process a refund if the item is damaged or does not arrive.  Please contact us for your returns, and label your parcel with your return address.

  • Exchange:

    • Items will be accepted for exchange within 14 days of despatch:  if in new condition, in original packaging and unmarked and not used.

    PLEASE NOTE:  if you are not sure, email me and we will try to come straight back to you within the day.

    Postage and Packing:

    • We keep proof of postage on all items sent with a Certificate of Postage.   In the unlikely event of a problem delivery, I will provide you with proof of postage.
    • Buyer pays shipping.  
    • International shipping on request.   Please note FREE DELIVERY is only available on orders of £50 and up in the UK
    • Most items are dispatched the next working day.
    • If any order is not delivered within 10 days, please let us know.   Packages can sometimes get delayed.   Whilst we endeavour to stop this from happening, there are sometimes delyas beyond our control.    We will not be able to declare a package lost until 15 working days have expired (25 working days for International)
